Fresh Cream Superhero Cake

This is one of the simple design of superhero, just the logo image. This cake was requested by one of the twin girl - Tasmine, who admired Superman so much. Grateful for your support, Belle.

The base cake is 6-inch Moist Butter Cake and sandwiched with Strawberry Mousseline Buttercream.

The logo image & name was moulded by using sugar paste, and the cake frosted with fresh cream.
