MLP - Rainbow Dash Pony, My Sweeties' 7th Birthday
MLP is her favorite now, she requested her cake with the Pinkie Pie Pony toy when she was 6.
Last year she wanted Rainbow Dash sugar image for her 7th birthday. Besides the pony, she also requested the sugar rainbow and those little 3D clouds like her previous cake design.
Choose the design image, print out then trace in a tracing paper. Get ready fondant/gumpaste, trace the image on the fondant/gumpaste then trim and let it air dry. Then proceed to color accordingly by using food colouring.

This time I baked an eight inch round cake and halved it, one for her and one for her twin sister (Snowy Elsa Cake). Frosted the cake with whipping cream, and chocolate ganache filling for both designs.
All the sugar decorations usually would "bleed" or "melting" on whipping cream due to the moisture of whipped cream, to prevent it happens, I whipped the whipping cream (with added some corn flour) till stiff peak and put up the sugar decorations on the day itself.
