Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake

Found this recipe from Jo's Deli blogspot last year when I was browsing for some Moist Chocolate Cake recipes from the web. I have not try any steam recipe before, however, the verdict of this cake was super moist and chocolatey from most the bakers that have had tried it.

For my sweeties' 3rd birthday last month, I used this recipe to make a 8" round pan and the extra was put into be into a mini heart shape pan (original recipe is called for 9" round pan). I frosted/filled the cake with the Chocolate Mousseline Buttercream, it tasted so yummy and chocolatey ;-)
