Passionate 4U @ Passionfruit Cupcakes #1

Passionfruit, is rich in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and fiber. Amazingly, both the seeds and pulp are edible. In addition, the pulp is aromatic. Thus making it suitable for juicing.

This tropical flavor cupcakes was ordered by a lady customer for her hubby's birthday.

Added passionfruit juice into the batter, and frosted with passionfruit mousseline buttercream.

A simple decorations to keep its fantastic flavor, too much decoration/sprinkles might affect its flavor (I presume). I used chocolate, melted and cut it into heart shape

Verdict: They love its flavor.
