Passionfruit cupcakes with passionfruit mousseline buttercream.

These cupcakes were a special requested by one of my close friend to bake for her beloved daddy on Daddy's day.

Passionfruit - I love its tropical aroma at first taste ;-)

Tried once this recipe and received few positive feedbacks on its special taste and flavor. No doubt, I could not resist to bake them again and again.

YELLOW, my favorite color and in love with this gorgeous natural golden yellow color which is derived from the passionfruit.

All the messy, tedious work in preparing the passionfruit juice for the passionfruit curd in order to get these lovely distinct flavor. All worth while and no regret!

Verdict: Lovely!.. Sweet and sour.
